Indox is a browser-based software application for producing, managing and distributing large masses of documents in XML format. Indox can be installed in the customer's data center or the system can be used as a cloud service.

The system's modern component-based architecture enables reuse of content, which facilitates change management. Compiling and publishing content in different formats, such as PDF and HTML, is automated and product-specific variations can be produced without additional manual work. The documentation can be targeted according to the reader group, e.g. into internal and public versions of the organization. Work processes can be controlled with customizable workflows.

Transitioning to the system is facilitated by the functions built for it. If the material is already in XML format, it can be imported into the system with the Import tool, while the Word2DITA tool facilitates the conversion of Word material into structured XML format

Indox for Guidelines

Indox for Guidelines is intended for producing company guidelines. The operating instructions can be published, for example, on the intranet and on the website, and they can be targeted according to the reader group, e.g. as internal or public versions. The approval process of instructions can be controlled with workflows and the publication can be scheduled.

Indox for Manuals

Indox for Manuals is intended for the production, management and publication of manuals for organizations' services and products. The structured content of the system enables its reuse and easy maintainability. The manuals can be made into different language versions and published in several formats, e.g. pdf or html.

Indox for Regulated Documents

With Indox for Regulated Documents, you produce, manage and publish documents regulated by the authorities, such as the attachments to the permit application. With the help of the system, it is ensured that the attachments required by the different document types are automatically included and the content adapts to the permit applied for.
